Цены не могут обновляться мгновенно с более чем 20-ти источников. Обновления происходят несколько раз в день и уже сейчас (прошло чуть больше получаса с вашего комментария) показывается скидка в 80%. Но это скорее исключение, обычно задержка может достигать до 12-ти часов.

Судя по предыдущему вашему комментарию, вам нужен не этот товар а обновление до Премиум.

Скидка скорее всего будет не дольше, чем до конца февраля (ведь распродажа "февральская"), но может закончиться раньше.

Скажите пожалуйста если я кулю премиум версию бателфилд 4 что будет если я ее активирую в ориджин когда у меня уже есть бателфилд 4 только обычная бещ премиума?

Обычно, это работает без каких либо проблем. Но, на данный момент минимальная цена в Origin, а потому проблем точно не может возникнуть (магазин скорее всего просто не позволит вам совершить покупку, если этот товар вам не подходит).

Но, насколько мы видим, сейчас есть отдельный товар с Премиум по той же цене и в том же магазине: https://www.origin.com/rus/ru-ru/store/battlefield/battlefield-4/expansion/battlefield-4-premium/interstitial . Рекомендуем вам повнимательнее взглянуть на него.
