Football Manager 2016 — the promotion of the football management simulator from the studio Sports Interactive. The player will take on the role of the head coach of a football team and will attempt to lead the team onto the winners' podium. To achieve the goal the player will have to take into account all the nuances of managing a football team: tactics, strategy, positions and instructions for each player on the field.

The main changes in Football Manager 2016 will be a completely reworked match outcome algorithm, a new rivalry system, an updated youth team management system, new football leagues, a new system of scandals, incidents of brawls involving players and coaches, an updated press-conference system, as well as two new game modes.
