Online stores that raise suspicion are removed from the catalog. Hot.Game users can file a complaint about a store. Upon the first confirmed complaint of fraud, the online store is removed from the catalog!

An online store may change the package contents, price, or other product characteristics without notifying the service. Always check the purchase conditions on the website of the seller you choose. Read information about the store and its guarantees. Be careful: many products have regional restrictions (they can only be activated in a limited list of countries), require an internet connection, installation or purchase of additional software (Battle.net, Steam, Windows OS, etc.), as well as hardware (game consoles, PC components, etc.), registration in additional services, have a limited list of supported languages, or require additional agreements from the buyer.
