Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands — a multi-platform computer game in the tactical shooter genre, developed by Ubisoft Paris and published by Ubisoft for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. The game was announced at E3 2015. It is the first open-world game in the Ghost Recon franchise.
The game is set in Bolivia, which, according to the game, is the world's largest supplier of drugs. The country is controlled by the drug cartel Santa Blanca, a powerful organization whose influence extends across the regions. The U.S. government is concerned about the growing power of the cartel. As a result, the United States Army sends an elite special forces unit, the "Ghosts", to uncover the connection between the cartel and the local government and to destroy it.
