The ambitious multiplayer car simulator The Crew is hard to call a failure – the developers took a risk and implemented gameplay features untypical for the "racing" genre. Players praised the large game world, the story campaign, the cooperative mode, the extensive "tuning", the variety of road situations (pedestrians, crashes, traffic jams) and criticized the clumsy physics, the damage model, repetitive missions and the requirement of a constant online connection.

Together with Ubisoft they presented the second part and stated that it is a "simulator of everything that has an engine." We discuss how large-scale the sequel has become and what players will be focusing on.
